- Can I move in early?
- Yes, you can move in earlier in the week, you just need to have food trucks set up for Fri for inspection. Anything you need a vehicle to move in should be in before we open Fri evening.
- All food vendors must be on site by Friday, July 19, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
- Is there Water available?
- Yes there is a municipal water supply on site, you provide your own hoses from your location to source.
- Are water hoses provided?
- No, you provide your own hoses.
- Can I bring in helpers?
- Yes, you get 2 passes with your space and additional passes can be purchased or they pay at the gate when them come in. No exceptions.
- Do my helpers have to pay?
- Yes you need to purchase additional passes for all helpers.
- Are there any other vendors selling the same products as I am?
- We try to book only one vendor of products but we do not guarantee you will be the only one selling a certain product.
- Is there overnight accommodations available?
- There are no accommodations provided, campers can be arranged but will not be necessarily at your retail location. There are hotels 15-20 min away in local towns.
- Is there power available?
- Yes, power is available on site for an additional fee. Power must be requested when booking space including amount required to ensure we place you relatively close to a power supply. You are responsible to provide power cords.
- Do you provide access to the power, extension cords provided?
- Power is available on site for an additional fee, power access must be requested when booking to ensure we place you relatively close to a power supply. You are responsible to provide power cords.
- How late do I need to stay open?
- Food Vendors should be open Fri night for the barn dance from 9pm-1am.
- All Vendors are expected to be open Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm
- Is there lighting on the grounds?
- There is some lighting on the grounds to allow you to see where you are going but does not cover the entire grounds.
