2. We ask that all participants register their cattle by Thursday July 16, 2026. ANY BREED NOT MEETING THE REQUIREMENT OF 3 EXHIBITORS AND 12 ANIMALS WILL SHOW IN THE AOB DIVISION. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER MULTIPLE ANIMALS FROM THE SAME FARM UNDER DIFFERENT SHOWPERSON/EXHIBITOR NAMES. The decision may be made on site due to show up and no show entries.

4. Exhibitors are asked to provide their own bedding. It is recommended to bring a generator.
5. Each participant must accept the release form online or sign the paper form, releasing the Roxborough Agricultural Society from all responsibilities for the participant’s actions. Must have your own liability insurance.
6. All cattle coming to the show must have proper CCIA tags and be tattooed where necessary in accordance to breed standards. “Applied for” is acceptable for 2026 calves.
