Rules and Regulations

• All competitors must pay gate fee, no membership fee is required. Riders must show prove with bracelet.
• All senior and youth events are 2D, peewee will receive gifts.
• Entry fees:
  • Senior
    • Barrels – $10
    • Other events – $8
  • Youth        
    • Barrels – $8
    • Other events – $6
  • Peewee – $2
• Every rider can show max 3 horses per event
• Liability insurance to be shown at the entry desk
• Senior cannot cross enter youth events, and vice versa. Peewee can enter youth events when peewee event is not offered.
• Senior – 19 and over as January 1^st, 2019
• Youth – 18 and under as of January 1^st, 2019
• Peewee – 10 years and under as of January 1^st, 2019
• Lead line – open
• Rider MUST enter at a walk, as soon as horse front feet have entered the chute, you may start your run! NO EXCEPTIONS!
• No interference or complaints will be tolerated to staff, judges or ring crew.
• Loss of hat 5 seconds
• Knock a barrel, pole no time! Exception peewee & lead line, 5 seconds.
• Once name is called you have 60 seconds to enter the ring.  
• Prize money will be given day of show, please wait until your name is called to collect it.
• Order of go is posted outside the ring ½ hour prior to show.
• 18 and under must wear helmet, any senior rider wishing to ride helmet are more than welcomed.
• Proper western attire is a must
• Deadline for entries are Thursday July 18^th at 12pm! No entries will be accepted after this time!
